I was born and raised in north central Washington, and grew up standing on a box behind the cash register of my family’s business.   So I guess you could say that I’ve been in customer service since I was about 6 years old.  I even know how to make change, which is a truly lost art.  My family taught me the value of work, diplomacy, and tact – and how to play hardball when the need arises.  I’m also a US Navy veteran – a married mom with a blended family of 7 kids – and Spokane is my adopted hometown.
For fun…I go on adventures!  I’ve been known to chase whatever interest, hobby, or shiny object captures my attention.  Want some examples?  I spent a year learning about fire fighting, and I’ve taken the written exam to become a New York firefighter - I’ve watched every Robert Downey film and blogged a review about it (there are over 70, if you are curious) - I was elected to public office at the ripe old age of 27 - I taught myself how to crochet (badly) - I spent 6 months or so as a Vegan - and the list just goes on and on.  I would point out, you will find no activities involving snakes or heights on my resume.
All fun aside - I know that buying a home is one of the most exciting, and possibly stressful, events in your life.  Whatever you are facing in the home buying process, I’m here to smooth it over and make it as hassle-free for you as possible.  I spend a decade in the title insurance industry, serving on the national level.  I was also licensed by the Washington State Supreme Court to prepare real estate documents.  In those capacities, the number of real estate contracts that I’ve reviewed are literally in the thousands. I will bring that level of knowledge and experience to your transaction.
